Q: I ordered on original order form,
how long will images be available for reorders?
A: We typically store all digital images for at least one school year.
Q: Do we have to return proof even if
we are not purchasing pictures?
A: Yes, we would like all proofs returned even if you are not
purchasing a package. Please DO NOT return your proof if you are ordering
online.
Q: Can I order both poses in one
package?
A: No, you can only order 1 pose for each package but you can order multiple
packages. Remember the Reflection package and Keepsake Collage include both
poses.
Q: I missed the deadline for ordering,
can I still order?
Yes, just send your proof and money directly to OSP with the order envelope completely filled out (check, money order or
go to www.ohioschoolpictures.com
to pay by credit card (MasterCard and Visa only)). Please include
your phone number or e-mail address in case we need to contact you.

Q: How do I reorder?
A: You can order online using your re-order code printed on your prints, or use reorder form on back of package envelope.
Q: I do not have my proof, can I still
order a picture package?
Yes, just call our customer service number for personalized help.

Q: Where do I mark on the order

A: You can mark the Reflections or the Keepsake Collage under either pose when
ordering.
Q: Will the borders be on all items I
order?
A: The borders are not applied to the keepsake items
(packages 10-18).

Q. How do I place an order online?
A. Ordering is easy! Click on this link...
Q. When is my school's retake schedule?
A. The pictures take about 3-4 weeks to come back. When we know the pictures
are at the school, we contact them at that time and schedule a retake day. For
a list of upcoming retake dates, click here.
Q. What do I need to do to get a retake?
A. The entire picture package is required at the camera before a retake can be
made. You should keep the class picture if one was included in your package.
Q. How do I pay for the pictures?
A. Pictures are on the Prepay Plan (except for our spring proof plan). You can pay for your pictures by cash, money
order, check or NEW for 2007 pre-pay by credit card online, using the pre-pay
code printed on your order flyer. Checks should be made payable to Ohio School Pictures. Students
who do not make payment will be photographed for yearbook and/or school records
only.
Q. I forgot to send money in on picture day. What
can I do?
A. Using the "Second Chance" order-id printed on your Second Chance form
issued to your child on picture day, you can go online to
www.ohioschoolpictures.com and
still put your order in. If you prefer to pay by check, you can send in your
order with a check: Ohio School Pictures, PO Box 769, 44017, Berea, Ohio.
Q: Can I make any substitutions or order larger sizes?
A: Because of the turn-around time to get the pictures back to the school we
cannot make any substitutions. When you get your pictures back there will be
a reorder form and you can order whatever else you need at that time including
larger sizes. You can also order more than one package now.
Q: Why are there two columns of prices?
A: The first column of prices is for the traditional background. The second column
of prices includes $3.00 extra for the color background which is a choice of
six different colors as pictured on the back of the flyer.
Q: What is personalization?
A: You can opt to have your name with school year printed on some of our products.
Q: What do I do if I want a refund?
A: You need to fill out the quality guarantee form on the back of your picture
envelope. You should keep the class picture if one was included in your package.
Return the entire package to the photographer on retake day with a note on the
outside of the package requesting a refund or mail the entire picture package
to our address. Requests for refunds must be submitted in ten days.
